Fall Coats under $150

Hi Hunnies

It’s been a minute! But I’m back! Let’s talk coats. Do NOT underestimate the power of a good coat to finish an outfit. If you throw your North Face parka over a stellar look, it will kill the whole vibe. I found 5 coat styles that are sure to amp up your style this season (and keep your warm but, like, whatever).

I rented this STUNNING coat from Nuuly last month and fell in love. Too bad the retail price tag is almost $700………. At the bottom of the post I share some other gorgeous outerwear pieces available to rent with Nuuly right now.

Happy shopping!

xx Kat

Teddy

I invested in a teddy coat last year and did not regret it. Casual enough to throw on over leggings to run errands yet cute enough to dress up.

Vinyl

The trendiest on the list. Do I think these will still be in style next year? No. Are they fun as hell? Yes.

puff puff

Pass! Jk- I love a puffer. If you don’t want to blend in with a sea of North Faces, opt for a belted version or a oversized collar.

A little bit fancy

If you’re going to invest in one coat this season, I would make it a tailored coat. It’s a classic that will not go out of style. I love the option below with cargo pockets- it’s a fresh twist on a staple piece.

Check please!

Similar to the tailored coats above- but just a bit more funky.

Rent with Nuuly

Here are some GORGEOUS coats that I would never be able to afford at retail- but are available to rent with Nuuly! The coat from the photos at the top of this post is linked in the second row :)

fall leather - under $100

Hi hunnies,

Leather is one of the biggest trends to come out of NYFW. While every fall we see leather jackets and booties, this season leather dresses, shirts, and pants are taking the lead. I wore this gorgeous pale pink leather mini dress to my brother and sister-in-law’s (eek!) rehearsal dinner last weekend. I styled with some minimal sandals and a vintage acrylic bag. I love this trend because leather can be dressed up or down so easily. Take the black leather joggers in the first row as an example - you could pair those with a cropped sweatshirt and some sneaks for a causal look or a bodysuit and stilettos on a night out. Shop my style picks below for my favorite affordable leather pieces this season.
