If you've been following my blog for some time you know that the I love a good deal. A website that has some of the best deals I have ever seen is Shein. Shein or Sheinside (it goes by both so idk?) is basically a clothing retailer based out of China that has items at close to wholesale prices.
Quality Overall I would say the quality is really not bad for what you are paying!! Time and time again I have found pieces that are EXACTLY the same as items from reputable sites such as Goodnight Macaroon, ASOS, and local boutiques. Everything is typically half the price and I have compared quality and it must come from the same factory because it is legit identical. Now while I have had really good luck with Shein, there still are items that aren't the best quality, so I don't expect that I will absolutely love every item I purchase. They do have have a good return policy, so there isn't much to lose.
Sizing I would say most items fit pretty small. Every item does have measurements listed so I typically go off those and found they are mostly accurate. A lot of people leave reviews about sizing, which is super helpful. I normally wear an XS in tops and S in bottoms but for Shein size up to a Large in all of their t-shirts for a looser fit and have sized up to a Medium in all swim.
Turnaround time For coming from China, this stuff ships surprisingly quick!! I would say from order to in hand it's about a week - a week and a half for their standard shipping option.
When I first found the site I was totally sketched out and thought it couldn't be real but it really has become one of my go- to sites for affordable clothing. Scroll to see my outfit details as well as my Shein style picks that are all under TWENTY DOLLAS. okkkuurrrrrr
