Fall is almost here people!
It's about that time to retire your swim suits and whip out your sweaters and I couldn't be more excited. The first day of fall is September 22nd but let's face it, you won't truly be comfortable in your thigh high boots and chunky knits until mid October (heeeey global warming). Transitioning between summer and autumn is all about finding outfits that aren't too heavy yet satisfy your fall cravings. I've put together a collection of pieces that are light weight and give you hints of fall but won't leave you sweating your foundation off (it's too expensive to waste!) I tend to lean towards a warmer color palette, incorporate more leather and suede, and live in loose knits to achieve fall vibes. I wore this look this weekend during a cold front (high 60's) and it was perfect. I originally purchased this skirt to wear with a crop this summer, but pairing it with a long sleeve knit made it a perfect transition piece. PLUS check out my shoes. They are such great Gucci dupes and are seriously only $22.99! Happy shopping, my friends.
